Philadelphia Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) – Project Manager
As the Philadelphia Police Department's project manager for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Philadelphia Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC), I lead a department team, in collaboration with a city team, to develop a centralized, multi-agency approach to juvenile justice. My work focused on ensuring that the JAC was a structured, efficient, and rehabilitative response to youth in police custody—connecting them with appropriate services while enhancing public safety. From policy development to operational logistics, I lead strategic planning efforts that align law enforcement practices with community-based resources, fostering a data-driven and sustainable model for juvenile assessment and intervention.
